Parking Lites Believes in Fluorescent Fixtures
One of the best kept secrets in the lighting business appears to be that fluorescent fixtures work well in parking garage applications—even in very low temperatures.  For additional support on this issue, go to our Knowledge Center.

While we will use T-8’s, T-5’s, T-12's and other technologies, the fixture we find works best in most applications is a standard 4 foot, 2 lamp T-8 fluorescent with high-powered electronic ballast.  Download a Specification Sheet for our standard fixture.

  • Come out and explain our product, our design and service approaches and our costs in more detail
  • Based on a brief discussion and key facts about your facilities prepare a preliminary analysis of cost savings and qualitative improvements that you could realize from a Parking Lites retrofit
  • (With your commitment to proceed if the results are favorable) perform at no cost to you a detailed audit, lighting design, guaranteed cost and savings projection for your facilities.
  • Once you have decided to proceed:
    • Remove and appropriately dispose of all existing fixtures
    • Receive and install all new fixtures
    • Clean up and restore all affected areas
  • Assist in obtaining any federal state or local tax deductions or credits or rebates.
  • Deliver a Best Practices Manual for maintaining and operating your new fixtures

All of these activities will be managed through the Parking Lites Project Managment Control Center.
